This is the place to get the most relaxing massage! The staff are both professional and friendly. And they actually listen to what you want... Had a neck and shoulders massage last week - so good. Totally relaxed atmosphere and high standard of hygiene practiced. Nice calming music too... Can highly recommend on every level.. Enjoy!

My partner bought me the Zen Duo package for Christmas and I was very happy with my experience! Massage was lovely and staff were very attentive. Very relaxing experience at Zen Day Spa.
My only criticism is that I left very oily. A warm towel wipe down would have been nicer as I felt quite un-fresh after my massage.

Both my husband and I got a massage here. We booked it online and purchased a voucher and made an appt.
My husband was tended by a small petite lady who he under estimated. He left thinking he received the best massage of his life.
I went back the next day but had another lady. She was also amazing. 75 minutes didn't feel long enough.
Place was very clean and the ladies were very professional.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am never using this salon ever again. They used to have a great eyebrow lady, but she went on leave. They left me standing outside for 45minutes waiting because they forgot my appointment, and then couldn’t do it because the woman opening the shop could not do eyelash tinting and she asked me to come back a few hours later to do have it done. I have never experienced worse customer service.

Zen Day Spa is one of the best massage places in Sydney. Their therapists are extremely professional, furthermore their place is very modern and clean. Their strategic location ( 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station) is a plus point.
The therapists at Zen Day Spa are friendly and professional. I went there a few times. I always have the same therapist (Lily). She always focuses on every detail that I tell her. My upper back problem has gone after a few massage sessions with her.

Zen Spa Review – Hens Day (2019.11.10) I’ve visited Day Spas before, so I had some expectations. I don’t really set any high expectation especially on places that I have never been before.
