They fixed my sore heel. I thought it was a problem with my heel, turns out the problem was in my tight calf muscles.Rock your hips left and right when doing calf muscle stretches and note the difference in your heel pain.

It's amazing how you don't even think about your feet until you have a problem. I suffered for 6 months thinking my toe would fix itself. It didn't. With some professional advice and TLC I can now walk again.

I don't usually leave feedback, but I was very impressed with the professionalism I received in my visits to Walk Without Pain Podiatry Clinic in Hamilton.
I came in with a foot spur, and the staff patiently showed me how to correctly tape my foot. Also, my new orthodics have really eased the pain I've been feeling. My private healthcare covered most of the cost so I didn't have to pay much at all.
I highly recommend this clinic if you have any foot ailments.

Excellent treatment without wasting my time!
Update : My recent walking holiday to Japan went very well, my lower back issues are just about perfect with my foot supports in. The more miles I do, the better I feel. Very happy.
