Carly O'Donoghue established Stepping Out Podiatry's first practice location in 2003 working out of the Landsborough Medical Centre, operating only 2 half days per week. Over the course of two years the practice had grown to 2 full days and an additional location for a half day per week was established in Beerwah.
During the first 4 years Carly worked as a contractor for a few other Podiatry businesses in Brisbane to make ends meet while her vision of Stepping Out Podiatry was coming to life. Over the next few years both the Landsborough and Beerwah clinics grew and Carly expanding the services to Maleny, the third practice location.
