This Carsales is just a scam and very rude service. Websites says clearly open till 5 pm and when you are there around 4:20pm the store is closed. Called several time after hours number no one answers and finally someone picks up after 20mins and speaks very rude.
JUST AVOID THIS PLACE..!!!! Well I really recommend to find a better car sale company and avoid this. You don’t want to deal with a person who doesn’t know how to deal with customer and doesn’t know how to apologise as they are closed in operating hours.

I bought ford focus but i had very bad experience with the dealer. Limitations period for dealer guarantee is 3 months or 5000 km but they refused to give any services which comes under guarantee. Its only been 2 months and i already face problem with the car engine, timing belt and spark plug. I have been robbed.

Unfortunately got conned really badly by this dealer. Bought a 2011 XTrial. Clutch and flywheel completely shot on first trip. Amongst other major safety issues.Nissan workshop confirmed clutch adjusted to max just to get it running sufficiently to drive away.
And should never have passed road worthy check. A quick $4500 repair bill. Just to get it back on the road.
Considering reporting these guys to consumer protection.

If i can give more then 5 stars i would !! Firstly i would reccommend this company if your looking to buy a car. 2 men that work their are very friendly and approchable.
Bought a toyota corolla 5 months ago and its the best car i have ever bought. Still going strong !! My neice came in and bought her first car here aswell and shea really enjoying it and has no problems. I honestly reccommend carsales australia to everyone !!!!

Finally purchased my first car after weeks of shopping and being given the run around by other car yards. Found Car Sales Australia on gumtree had a great chat to the salesman over the phone and decided to make my way down. After selecting 3 cars to test drive the salesman gave me an open and honest opinion between the cars I couldn't decide between and with his friendly advice I decided to make a decision to purchase a Nissan Micra and I cannot say how happy I am with the car or service provided by the dealer. So glad I purchased my car here when every other dealer was just to push me into a car

1.guarantee and warranty is rubbish in this place, 2.they do not check a car before selling it. 3.this place and the mechanic shop which they work for each other and customers are nothing, don't fix the car properly after selling it if the car has problem. 4.you have to be able to know about cars mechanically otherwise even if you go to the mechanic shop recommended by this car sales then you have to go to them again and again till your guarantee finish after that easy they refuse to look at on your eyes.
My experience, do not waste your time and money.
