Josh at Rockdale Toyota service department. His just awesome. I’d turned up without an appointment, with an urgent fix on my radiator/air conditioner fan. What he’d done was to make everything possible happen. Arranged the repairs and not only repairs, the parts were out of warranty, so Josh had gone above and beyond to contact the warranty dept for approval to get the matter fixed. Can’t thank him enough for saving me a lot money.
