A HUGE thank you to Sam! After years of overuse injuries my confidence was dwindling. I was slowly stepping back from what I loved doing from fear of more injuries. Sam was amazing at helping me regain my confidence and strength to live a much happier and more balanced lifestyle! I am now doing things I thought I would never be able to do again! Thank you so much Sam you’re an absolute legend!
