FIRECHEX specialises in the drafting, printing and installation of FIP Block Plans, Hydrant Block Plans, Sprinkler Block Plans and Evacuation Plans. FIP Block Plans are required as part of an automatic smoke detection system in accordance with current Australian standards (AS 1670.1). They readily identify the zones, the building perspective and key information to be read in conjunction with any fault or alarm shown on the FIP.
FIRECHEX specialises in replacing and upgrading fire doors. Fire door compliance is a complex and essential part of any certification or upgrade. The installation of fire doors is not straightforward and correct fitting is essential for ongoing certification. We can offer any service from the fast repair of a damaged fire door to the full fire door upgrade of a building.

In NSW fire maintenance companies must be licensed as Water Plumbers (Fire Protection Systems) and Electricians in order to undertake or co-ordinate any repairs on your behalf. FIRECHEX is licenced to undertake all fire-related rectification and upgrade works. This includes all electrical, plumbing and door-related works.
