Services
Beginning operations in 2002 Fire Safe Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd is a nationally operating fire and electrical contractor specialized in delivering Fire Protection Services packages to large property networks across Australia and New Zealand. Our client base spans industries such as small & large site retail, childcare & education, health & aged care, amusement & recreation facilities and government agencies.
Under NSW law building owners are required to provide an Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) to their local Council. The AFSS details a comprehensive list of site-specific fire safety measures and confirms the fire protection system is up to Australian Standards. Building owners will receive notice from the Council when their Annual Fire Safety Statement is due to be submitted.
When it comes to fire safety, protection and procedures in the workplace, there is no one size fits all approach. Creating a customised approach to fire protection in your workplace, involves meeting all fire and electrical safety requirements for your property in a variety of pricing models to meet your budget.
Emergency lighting systems are critical in workplace safety as they provide a path to safety for staff and building occupants in case of evacuation. To meet Australian Standards for emergency lighting, and for a building to adhere to the National Construction Code of Australia, a working emergency evacuation and lighting system must be fitted on every storey with a floor space of 300m2 or greater.
Fire hose reels are usually located next to exits of buildings and are sited to enable coverage of the entire floor of a building. They are only suitable for use on Class A fires (paper, wood, rubbish and plastics). They are designed to deliver, as a minimum, 0.33L of water per second, providing a high volume of extinguishment to the site of a fire.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have used this company several times and I will not be using them again. Their office staff are rude and unreliable and I cannot fathom how they maintain a job there considering they all have a brain the size of a pea... Do not use this company.
