Deluxe 4 star room with queen bed, desk & sofa. Heritage fittings add to these large quality rooms with a high ceiling creating a spacious ambience. Reception hours 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. We do have an after hours check in procedure and guests must notify the motel before arrival if this is required.
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment with wrap around balconies and views of the Richmond River contains 2 queen beds plus two king size single beds. The main bathroom has separate bath and shower with double vanities. The Heritage Apartment has large quality rooms with high ceilings creating a spacious ambience being very comfortable for 4- 6 persons.
My stay was wonderful. The hosts Brendon and Ali were very knowledgable and helpful and the area had so much to offer. If you are looking for a fun holiday this is the place to come! Spent 2 nights here and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Had wonderful nights sleep. The mattress was so comfy (they are usually a bit uncomfortable I find) would definitely recommend.

It's a below average motel for the price you pay per night, and definitely not luxurious as advertised. We stayed there as a couple and the room they gave us was very disappointing. WiFi never worked despite the room being so close to the reception (where the router is placed). You're expected to reuse the dishes available but no dishwashing tools provided. While taking shower, the water runs in pipes like a storm, making noises like a turbine. The sink is installed outside the bathroom and right next to bed. Laundry room closes at 6, which defeats the purpose of considering this facility when

Great service and location! We stayed in 3 bedroom family room and it was very nice and spacious with huge balconies. Giving 4 stars be because there was no kitchen even though the unit was huge with nice spacious dining and lounge area that you would expect to be able to cook especially if staying with family or big group of people.
