After using the Motel for all my business stays over the past 5 years plus I can honestly say hands down this place is my favourite.
I have seen owners change hands twice in the year and to the new owners hats off to yourself the service is still 100% spot on.
you kept my favourite staff member Sam.
I have now had the pleasure of meeting the new staff and to the chef food was also on song after a long day on the road. all arranged over the phone with friendly Vic (Victoria). Fluers staff friendly happy and great to meet them all too.
can't wait to meet the new owners one day soon.

Stayed at Comfort Inn Ballina with a large group of seniors recently and was very happy with the accommodation, breakfast and general service provided by the motel. Sam, the manager, was very helpful and courteous and could not do enough for our group. Would definitely recommend to others, especially groups. Will stay again when we are up that way! Great place!
