Booked this beautiful boutique hotel last minute and much to my surprise extremely satisfied. Rooms where unique modern and equipped. Pool was heated to 90 degrees. We ate the the restaurant on site 82 degrees which was modern , clean and open . Being a COVID freaks we felt extremely comfortable since all the foldable doors where open to magical sunset view Food was delicious and we drank chocolate espresso martini, delicious!!!

Omg! Had dinner at 82 Degrees. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. Michael was our server. It was a very busy night at the restaurant but he didn’t miss a beat. Kudos to all of the staff. Service was fantastic from the second we walked in until we left. I try something different every time and they never disappoint. An incredible addition to the St Pete food scene!

Superbly revamped and transformed motel that is located in a very pleasant and practical place with a nice view on the sea.
The rooms are very well equipped and the beds are as comfortable as can be.
The only negative thing we experienced during our stay was the sound from the cleaning team cleaning the restaurant upsters early on the Sunday morning. I believe it is though unique to that room (9) due to its location.
Considering all the positive things about it, this hotel is a real bargain and probably the best in that part of saint Pete's beach.

I had an incredible stay at the Saint Hotel! I originally booked for 2 nights but ended up adding another night because I loved it so much. The location is perfect. While not on the beach, it is a very short walk away, and you can see the water from the hotel property. Everything else you would need is in walking distance! The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The rooms were modern and clean and every little detail was taken care of. I spent the majority of my time pool side in the comfy loungers. I can’t wait to return!

This place went above and beyond to accommodate their guests! Matt and Mario both went out of their way to help me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was able to check in early, even after booking a room last minute, they helped me carry my heavy bags all the way up to my room, even ran over to the restaurant next door to grab me a soda when I was thirsty! Their restaurant 88 Degrees is amazing too, very good drinks and food, and the staff there were so friendly and definitely experienced bartenders! Wow! What an accommodating staff and what a cool vibe! They definitely NAILED the pool deck design. There's even live jazz/acoustic music (not too loud...just right) by the pool on the weekends. The owner is on site constantly as the hotel gets up and running, and his attention to detail shows. Too many thoughtful touches to list...just come and experience this place for yourself! Oh, and don't forget to head upstairs to the hotel restaurant and bar. It looks out over the pool and the gulf, and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. The menu and drink list are both top notch...not the typical

I want to start with the good - the location is great - it’s a very short walk to the beach and very close to multiple restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel has great staff and food. The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind and all actively made sure that the stay was comfortable. The pool was well kept, clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Also, the live music every night of the weekend was all incredible and very enjoyable and fun.
