Services
Our standard boarding services provide accommodation for your pet while you are away. We feed a super-premium Royal Canin diet, bedding and toys and daily exercise or playtime with every stay. Our cat accommodation is quiet and private, with an individual window overlooking the property to keep your little one entertained.
For your holiday that begins at the Airport, let your pet's holiday begin there too! We can collect your pet directly from their flight and transport out to their acreage holiday with us. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ..
It has taken me nearly two years to finally calm down and be able to write this review...
We booked our two German shepherds to stay at their Ellen Grove facility. Upon arrival we were told we were unable to look at their kennels or where our dogs would be staying, we literally had to just hand our dogs over, which made me extremely uneasy.
A few days into our holiday we received a phone call to tell us that one of our dogs, our beautiful boy Bear had died over night.
They couldn't tell us what happened, when it happened or anything that had happened

Our Labrador Kobi stayed at Dolittles for over 3 months while we waited for settlement of our new house. They were really flexible with adjusting her leaving date extending it week by week as we weren’t 100% sure when we could pick her up. We really appreciated this as moving interstate during this period of time was very stressful. She made lots of friends there and they were great with communication.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with Kobi’s diet during her stay at Dolittles. When we dropped her off we were told she would be fed the appropriate amount suitable for her weight and it was

My dog has stayed 3 times, as I was in a bind and my usual pet resort were moving locations. Don't know what business model they use, but Dolittles suffer from a serious lack of communication. Initial stay was 2 weeks, I recieved one generic email during this time only after I emailed 1 week in. I recieved no information to tell me what her stay was like, including no photos. She came home with numerous sores and I needed to take her to the vet. I had 2 more short stays booked and due to circumstance, couldn't cancel them. The second stay she was picked up from the yard. I recieved no communication

The staff were friendly and efficient with transfer of collars. They labelled our dog's collar with a phone number and his name, in case he escaped.
We were not invited to view the boarding accommodation, which we found rather unusual, it may be due to Chovid19 restrictions.
Our dog was booked for 3 nights. We collected him at the assigned time, no issues. He was clean from a recent bath.
We had prepaid and no additional charges were applied. The price was reasonable.
Our dog was very tired, slept for 3 hours in car.
When he got home, he was constantly searching for food. He ate 2 lunches
