The Skilled Independent Visa 189 is for invited works and New Zealand citizens with the skills to work and live permanently anywhere in Australia. You and family members aged 16 years and over who apply for the visa with you must meet our character requirement. Your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations for the Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) Point-Tested stream.

A Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190) is a visa subclass where an Australian State or a Territory Government invites and nominates skilled workers to live and work as a permanent resident of Australia based on their particular requirements.

I’m glad that I found a right migration agency. I was under Kathy Liu, she’s the best lawyer I ever had during my visa process, as my experience with ethos migration wasn’t satisfactory for it value and ended up closing with them cause it was getting too expensive for my unstable situations and lost $$$, when I found about Kathy, she was helping me out with different options and prior to initial consulting fee.
