Some details were overlooked by the firm which caused my application to receive a further request from the Department. This caused a delay in my application and required me to have to pay for a police clearance a second time since the first had expired due to the delay. This was an overseas police clearance that required me to redo finger printing (additional fee) and send overseas by post (time-consuming process). Immigration agent services are expensive and you hope you are paying for the expertise that avoids these delays and additional fees.

Worst experience I ever had. After 3 months they updated us that our 491 application was left in draft and got disqualified. While the lodgement they gave us reference number. When we asked for proof of application disqualification they said we just got a call. So i must say don’t waste your precious time and money for these creepy immigration consultants.
