I had a really worse experience with them.I booked a standard consultation with them which is a paid service and they were not intended to talk at all. The agent was yawning all the tine during the conversation. I didn't got any good explanation or reasoning but just a direct answer to my question. The paid service doesn't worth at all. also the seemed incompetent and confused and eager to finish the conversation

First , their office is located in prime locality in Adyar (very close IIT/Anna univ) which is easy to access.
