We rushed down this morning because our 2 years German Shepherd helped herself to some chocolate. We've never been to this vet before, but it was the closest one to home. The staff were amazing - they took our girl in immediately despite being fully booked and treated her with great care. The communication from both Dr Mimi and the vet nurse was also fantastic. We are very grateful that the team was so responsive, and our girl is doing great! Thanks again!

Kind and caring Vets and staff. My girl adores anyone who'll give her affection and there's no shortage of that there. I was kept informed of how her procedure was going and they checked with me before they did anything that wasn't in the quote. Ended up costing me a few more $$$$ but I knew she was in good hands and probably money well spent on my older dog. Hard to put a price on good vet care but each time I take her there I'm confident she's in good hands! My girl loves Dr Alex. 😀

My Labrador, Thor, was vomiting one afternoon and called up and they booked me straight in for that afternoon. It turned out that he had eaten a rock! He was rushed into surgery and the rock was removed by Dr. Sarah and Dr Mimi. Both amazing vets who carefully went through all of the associated aftercare and medications with me.
He's recovered very well and he's doing very well now. Thank you so much!! Very happy with every aspect of this vet practice.

I took my dog here for the first time yesterday, she is an anxious and fearful and the staff were so good. After we got some tablets to calm her we came back today.
They were so lovely and non-judgemental. Being an owner of a reactive and fearful dog can be difficult, you sometimes feel judged or worried about what people think of you and the dog.
They were so sweet, and so lovely and my girl came out with her tail wagging. They said I can come back and do some desensitisation work with her around the vet.
Its taken me 18 months to find a good vet in this area and I'm so happy to have found

Always great staff with amazing knowledge. very friendly and definitely give the best care around (and I have been to so many vets around the area!).
you will find the price is slightly on the higher side but that's because you get what you pay for, and here it's quality, care, comfort and peace of mind your pet couldn't be in better hands.

The staff are friendly, the vets here are excellent - we see Alex who is brilliant. Our dog even enjoys the visit, we'd struggle to get her out of the car at the last place. This is reassuring, as they say dogs are very good at picking up on energies a lot better then we are - I feel the difference in her behavior says it all 🙂
