Buyer Beware! Purchased a brand new oven. Not cheap! But we wanted some specific features! Only for the oven to arrive without it. Their brochures and specifications were false and misleading. No grey areas, all clearly outlined. They have admitted the fault in advertising and instead of fixing, they are trying to up-sell to higher spec. Unheard of for a company this profile and size (those tricks usually reserved for small and flea-market handlers)! Please be aware and physically inspect prior purchasing. Do not trust their specifications and documentation!

I bought a fridge for few Thousands let's say years ago first few months the plastic from the inside start Cracking from the inside call for help they said that's not covered under Warranty now the fridge doors Falling down can't Shut the doors never buy this product in my life again short story long don't Wise to your money

Pity I can't give 1 star. Worst customer service I've been subjected to. Didn't show up for their appointment, I waited for hours and then after being on hold for 35 mins I got told the service tech went home early. Then they tried to blame me. $180 for a call out fee...what was I even thinking? I ended up finding a local guy in the paper that was happy to help. Keep clear!

VERY VERY POOR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
I ASKED SERVICE GUY TO FIX THE PREVIOUS OWNER DISHWASHER THAT WAS NEVER USED AND WAS NOT DRAINING, WHEN I STARTED USING IT.
HE DID NOT MADE RIGHT DIAGNOSIS AND SAID TIMER IS NOT WORKING AND PART NOT AVAILABLE ANY MORE.
SUGGESTED IT WONT BE REPAIRED AND BUY ANOTHER ONE.
I BOUGHT NEW ONE OF 1500 AND THIS TECH GUY FOUND THAT HOLE WAS NEVER CREATED AND HENCE PREVIOUS DISHWASHER IS WORKING.
WHAT A SILLY MISTAKE CAN CAUSE YOU TO SPEND $1600 UNNECESSARILY.
