I have dealt with Qualtex for over twenty years and can't believe how they as a once great company have descended into a shambolic mess.I have been hounded for a parcel I never received and for a parcel I returned to them because despite paying for next day delivery it took a week to arrive, in the meantime I had to order from another company to ensure I could serve my customers sad state of affairs

Returned in July this year faulty Vacuum Cleaner only purchased 5 months ago through their site on E Bay. After several emails was told would get refund into account I had paid for item. 2 months on and now September and still haven't received refund of 69.95. Tel number just rings and rings very very frustrating, and money I really need to have reimbursed. Contacted E Bay & Pay Pal and they gave me Fraud Squad details if nothing is actioned. Don't want to go down that path but cannot be without money due to me.

Brought items from these cowboys, have asked 9 times for an invoice over the last 2months yet still nothing. Currently taking legal advice about their failings.
OWNER/CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT (if you have such a department) send me my invoice as you are legally bound to and I'll remove my review here and on your Ebay and all social platforms.

Qualtex have slid downhill into a shambles.
No next day delivery & orders just held in limbo. No tracking info, so no way to check orders.
Prices rising & customer care failing.
No telephone support and endless wait for reply to emails.
Their competition can still do next day and can match these for price. Well Done Connections & Maddocks’
Their competition still have telephone support , tracking and next day DPD.
Qualtex are not looking after their trade customers , like myself who have had accounts for years.
Much rather prioritising ebay customers who receive parts quicker & cheaper

Oh dear, these guys are an embarrassment to online retail. I honestly can't think of a company that delivers so little in terms of quality and customer service. The only satisfaction I got was reading the appalling reviews they've received and knowing that my experience wasn't a one off!
Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere, if you’re unlucky enough to stumble upon them on eBay do yourself a favour and choose a different seller! You can’t even get a VAT receipt when requested.

Excellent delivery can't fault them, however getting a refund for a returned item is a nightmare, I returned an item 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for my money back.

5 star service from qualtex , they have been supplying us for years with no problems. No doubt the people giving 1 star are tiny shops that havent moved with the times and are making about 50p a week. I completely understand why some people would have their accounts closed because they are no longer making the cut.There is a reason why Qualtex is so large and their shops are so small. I would be bitter too if my business had been microscopic for so many years.

Very disappointed in Qualtex. We had a trade account with them for a number of years. We have a team of 6 engineers covering Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. When we opened the account we were offered a £200 credit limit. Our annual spend on spares is close to £50k. We have never had a rep contact or visit us. Someone called Fraser contacted us 2 years ago and advised if we didn't place more orders/ spend with them then they would close the account. Fraser was advised to offer more competitive prices and a credit limit more in line with our spending requirement
