Ordered Simpson 6 kg washing machine on line 30.12.21 @ 9.00am as per their web site will have some cosmetic dents or scratches.
Willing to except some cosmetic damage for >$100 saving.
Delivered as promised on Friday 7.1.22, not bad due to Christmas & New Years public holidays were in this period.
Just not happy with the amount and size of dents, more than expected.
Should have asked for photo before purchasing.

Needed a washing machine urgently, searched all shops in Brisbane. Feel very lucky to find this shop, the shop was big and items were arranged nicely. People are nice and friendly. Of course they know their stuff very well, gave us honest information about what brands are reliable. Delivery and install, easy!

We have not yet installed our new dishwasher so are unable to comment on that as it is still in it's box, however, we were really happy with the service we received from Brisbane Home Appliances. It was a pleasure purchasing from this company, the delivery driver was very friendly and did all the heavy lifting. We will be returning to Brisbane Home Appliances for our next appliance purchase.
