Basic motel, great value for money, pet friendly too so it was super convenient for me travelling from Brisbane to Sydney and stopping here overnight. The check in process was quick and easy and had a no fuss one night stay.

Nice motel with warm staff and clean rooms. Room needed a bit more sun and felt a bit humid and cold but didn’t have any mould. You could order breakfast with staff the night before - saves a lot of time as many cafes in town were closed during the Christmas and new year holidays. Location was average - it’s not a big town so no biggie.

I had a great one night stay here. The staff are friendly and I really appreciated them allowing pets, as I was traveling with my two cats. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved that I could order breakfast for the next morning, too. Really great value for money.

We came up for the Australia yard dog championships and had a wonderful stay, the room was always kept neat and tidy, fresh towels and our beds made which is fantastic after a long day of trialling. The hosts are warm, welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and are the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever met! Thank you so much for having us we will be back next time! 😊

Clean comfortable and well-appointed room, just what we needed for our overnight stop. The room was spacious, had everything we needed, plenty of parking available. It's been a long time since I last visited Armidale, I'd forgotten about the cool nights. Luckily the bed (very comfy too) came with an electric blanket, which kept us toasty.
Checking in was quick and pleasant, the lasy in reception friendly.
Highly recommended.
