The business was founded and established in 2013, when Ranjith our principal draftsperson, known as Ranj to most around him, obtained his accreditation as a registered building practitioner in the field of Architectural Building Design, after having worked for 35 years in the industry worldwide.

Wouldn't recommend. I didn't enjoy working with Ranjit and turnaround time was very slow. He is unprofessional and arrogant person. At the beginning, he gave wrong quote for double storey house design and later on, charge more money to issue construction drawings. Then, he didn't read developer guide properly during design stage and building surveyor asked to amend the drawings & permit which cost me some money plus Ranjit also charged to amend drawing even it was his mistake. I had to pay him this amendment fee otherwise he wouldn't issue amended drawings. There were lot of other mistakes in design

I had to get some drawings and design done, my first time doing something like this. Of all the design people and draftsmen I spoke to these people were so easy to deal with polite patient and at the end of the day the most competitive pricing out there. If you want Great Service and a very Fair Price then I have no hesitation in recommending them. I very rarely give a 5 Star review, but in this case no problem.

Thank God for Google and thanks Google for recommending me such a company. Being a first home owner in the process of building, had so many confusions when council asked me to apply for few permits. Every time I spoke to Ranj, he answered all my questions with patience and helped me through out the process to tick off all the council requirements in his drawings.
Most importantly, I needed the drawings to be done for me urgently and Ranj understood my situation and he probably worked for me during the Easter break. Appreciate your help mate.

I live in Pascoe Vale and was considering a house extension but had little knowledge of building processes. I met with Ranj and his wife and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they flagged issues that could come up with council and the processes to follow. They also suggested more ideas I hadn’t considered. Great to deal with!
