Our guiding principle has always been to provide the highest quality of service and to meet the needs of the local community. Once a practice gets to the point where everyone agrees that they are working for the patient and are comfortable having tough conversations with one another about improving processes and systems, they need to go one step further.
It must aim to incorporate the patients into healthcare decision-making. There is growing evidence, suggesting that involving patients in decision-making helps improve their knowledge and healthcare experience and reduce health service utilisation and cost. We believe professionalism is about accountability and the need for physicians to work in teams and systems that may override physician autonomy for the greater good of the patient.

Services
We are about a 10 minute walk from Rosehill Train Station. We are on the corner of Oak Street and Arthur Street (off Hassall Street). The M92 and N61 bus service stops at the James Ruse Drive after Grand Avenue bus stop on James Ruse Drive. This is just opposite from the shopping complex where the practice is located.

Disgusting customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My wife booked in for her 6 week check up after giving birth. Firstly they called to let her know this was to be a phone appointment.. how do they expect to check stitches etc over the phone? They were still hesitant to see her face to face however they decided to allow it as an exception.. where is the humanity? Covid has made people dehumanise
THEN to top it off
When my wife went in for the appointment they refused to see her because she wasn’t wearing a mask. My wife explained she is medically exempt and can’t physically wear

Not happy with this medical practice. I booked an appointment with Dr Melissa a month before. On the day of appointment, I waited for an hour only to be told that she is busy with previous patient and is going to take a while. I was given another appointment for a future date. On that date I was booked in for 8:15 in the morning and I was late few minutes. I was told that Dr. won't take me in because I am late. The receptionist offered me another date. I declined it. The receptionists are not at all helpful and very inconsiderate. The practice doesn't value their patients time at all. Wouldn't
