I moved to Newcastle 2 years ago and I have struggled to find a good dentist in town.
I had a bad tooth ache and early one morning googled and found Newcastle City Dental with online booking and an available emergency appointment. Mark and his team were so lovely and helpful and got me back out of pain. I won’t go anywhere else now. I have found my local dentist!

I took my son and daughter to see Dr Mark Williams recently. He would take the time and care to engage with the kids to make them feel less anxious about the check up. Throughout the examination, he would explain what he had found to me in details so I can get an understanding of my kids' oral health and what I can do to help them to look after their teeth. I have also booked myself in for a visit after that. Dr Mark Williams and his team are professional and caring at all times. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Booking an appointment is easy. They are transparent with financial commitments associated with appointments. Going to the dentist has always been an anxiety provoking experience for me. I am very fortunate that I have found the Newcastle city dentist after living most of my life in Sydney. The practice is so welcoming with its modern, clean decor and most importantly super friendly staff. Mark Williams is an extremely professional, caring and gentle dentist. I have regular checkups and have also had some cosmetic dentistry, all which have been very successful and reasonably priced.

We took our daughter to visit Newcastle City Dental just before Christmas and the experience was excellent. Both Mark and Cathy were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to chat with and connect with our little one and made her first Dentist visit very pleasant and easy. Mark and the team here have always been absolutely lovely to deal with and very kind. I went in here to deal with some dental trauma and Mark did an amazing job of talking me through everything. He helped me to not feel distressed about the situation and did a great job making me feel comfortable, even whilst having to have a split tooth pulled out of my head. He'll always talk you through the process and explain things to you and is always happy to take questions. The rest of the staff are also incredibly helpful and supportive through the experience. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Best dental surgery in Newcastle and beyond!! I can not recommend this dental clinic enough, from the moment you walk through the door the practice manager is exceptional to the dental staff making me feel safe, listened too and cared for. For those afraid of the dentist don’t be! The team here are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and super relaxed (even allowed my daughter to be involved🌞). Mark is very thorough and his team are jst awesome i had 8 difficult extractions and 6 fillings done and went better than expected. im happy to travel from port macquarie for treatments with mark .. would recommend @newcastlecitydental anyday ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! .. thx for the healthy mouth 😁🥂
