I visited this dental practice with my 2 son's this morning who are 8 & 9 years old and saw Anna (and Paris) We had a wonderful experience! Id like to thank the girls for their care, patience and being so good at explaining to the boys what was happening. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everyone in the practice was warm and welcoming inc the reception desk and payment clerk upon leaving. Morrin Dental have an agreement with Souths Leagues Club and Newcastle City AFL which is why we initially went there to have mouth guards fitted. I have booked their next appointment and look

This was my second time going to Morrin Dental, and both times I have been so impressed with how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The receptionists, the Dental hygienist and Dr Morrin were so lovely- the treatment I had went so smoothly and I am happy to go back. The facilities are clean and stylish too. Would recommend!!

Luckily I do not have to regularly visit Morrin dental but I must say there is definitely a focus on making their clients feel comfortable and in great hands. A phone call instead of a text message to confirm… the appointment, extremely professional and on point upon arrival the whole process is extremely prompt and efficient. Then a curtesy call the following day to ensure everything went well. Newcastle business owners should take a good look at how these guys run their business, it is definitely all about client nurture.
