As a first time mum or second we always struggle to leave our children due to work commitments. This centre makes everything so much easier. Rianna ensured me of everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I have a full on strict routine which the centre has accepted all the staff are so amazing. I dealt closely with Rianna and Antonella and they just made me feel at ease to leave my children and know that they are in great hands. Rianna went the extra mile by personally texting me on my phone of updates and photos of my baby. This really meant a lot to me. Hayli has always been there

Absolutely the best centre I know of! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I went to 5 different centres looking for my child and always had bad experiences in Berwick from staff and the environment of where I would be sending my child which as a parent is scary... but as soon as I walked into Twinklestar I knew it was perfect. Not only are they professional but their attitude towards taking care of and educating your children is exceptional and their attitude towards parents and families is so kind, accommodating and friendly. Very supportive, kind and caring staff. Child care is their passion it seems. We recently moved to Berwick, my self and my husband both work in the city.
We have done some visits to the child care centers around the area and the instant we stepped here we got the vibe "oh this is the place we are looking for our girl" and all these months they seem to prove that we are right.
Our daughter is very happy here all the time. She learns lots of new things and make new friends. She loves her teachers and lots to talk about back at home. Thank u so much all the staff for looking after her so well.

My niece is currently going to Berwick Twinkle Star ELC. I was very impressed with their education standards and the level of care provided to my niece. She has learned some Chinese and told me that they have virtual classes with other children. I have later found out that this ELC has a sister school in China. The owner Candy and the Manager Hailey are so helpful and friendly. It's overall a great environment for children. My niece is always so happy there.

Berwick Twinkle Star show professionalism and caring nature to all children in their care. Staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure all children in care are meeting the best outcomes for themselves with in a fun caring environment. My grandchildren love attending the centre. Our daughter absolutely LOVES attending Twinklestar. The staff are wonderful, and she has learnt so much since she started there. Drop off at the previous centre she attended was always a super stressful process as she did not like going. Now - she can’t wait to get inside. Would definitely recommend.

Berwick TwinkleStar ELC in Berwick is one of the best childcare centres that me & my wife have ever come across.
We're parent of 2 kids & have tried a few childcare centres in & around Berwick & prior to living in Berwick, we were in Mount Waverley & Coburg;
but these guys stand out among them.
They've taken a lot of interest to make sure our son was fine & happy, when he just started & in no time he adapted himself.
Even as of today, I see the same interest from them & He looks forward to going to his childcare & he absolutely loves it there.
They make sure they give alot of time to the kids
