I have had this Agency look after a rental for 2 years. I have been terribly disappointed with how tenancy issues have been handled. If you are a potential landlord I am afraid I cannot recommend them. They care more about the rights of renters than they do the very people who pay their monthly fees. All parties should be treated equal. As a landlord with them you will forget you too have rights.
