Wanted to get advice for a precedure I had at this clinic a few years ago, as I am not 100% happy with the final result. Got a phone call in the morning of the consultation day, asking for a "pre-consultation fee" of $105 to "secure a booking" which I thought was very odd. In additoin they advised that they do not preform fat transfer which was something I am interested in. (abdominal liposuction then transfer to breast area)
Overall experience over the phone was very oridinary. I was happy with the previous services but not this time.

Just came out of surgery this afternoon for a breast augmentation
- I was a ball of nerves. Doctor Konrats was very caring, empathetic and made me feel very much at ease. I would recommend her to any ladies that are self conscious and prefer to see a female cosmetic surgeries. She has a lovely way and gentle.

I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience here at this clinic! Not only am I absolutely over the moon with my results from surgery, Dr. Konrat and her staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and professional.

From first appointment (to the second and numerous emails!!) I knew Dr Knorat was the surgeon of choice for me. I have considered this surgery and done heaps of research to ensure I was doing the right thing with the right person. My breast augmentation and other procedure was today. Every person I came in contact with was friendly, reassuring and professional. Dr Konrat’s bed side manner gave me no hesitation to continue. Post op I’m feeling great and will post another review with results in a few weeks.

Dr Konrat was third time lucky for me. After consults with two surgeons prior for ruptured and badly capsulated implants from 19 years ago, I knew she was very experienced. One surgeon in his flashy offices at a private hospital in Auchenflower, told me I didn't need the capsulation removed which is horrifying on many levels and I knew wasn't correct. The results have been amazing. She most definitely is an expert in her field. Now they have the wonderful new Practice Manager on the front desk all things will run A1. A few big mix ups caused by the previous receptionist, not Dr Konrat, won't happen

Great team and great work. I would recommend them to anyone. From the reception through to the doctor, all the staff is friendly and caring. Had surgery a few years ago at another place where I didn't get any results after the surgery but Dr Konrat and the team fixed it so well and I feel awesome. My self esteem was given a huge boost after seeing the results of the surgery. I felt like I was in good hands and I was taken care of from the first time I went to the clinic up until after the surgery.

I've been trying to book appointments to pay Dr Konrat thousands of dollars, but they continuously cancel at the last minute or stuff up the appointment.
I've lost faith that Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic can handle a surgery if they can't handle a booking system.
The receptionist, Carly, is very rude and unhelpful.
I'd change my mind if they bent over backwards to accommodate me in a timely manner, but is been four months of stuffing around and I will probably get the surgery elsewhere before they figure out the consultation.
Don't waste your time.

Dr Konrat made me feel so comfortable, I had my surgery yesterday and am amazed already can’t wait to see healed results.
