After graduating with honours from the University of Sydney, Dr Szalay obtained the Part 1 Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and then completed five years of higher surgical training in major teaching hospitals in Sydney and Perth. Dr Szalay has also trained in leading cosmetic surgery centres in the U.S.A. and Australia.

Dr Szalay believes attention to the small details is the key to success in eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Dr Szalay takes great care to remove just the right amount of skin or tissue in order to obtain an optimal result. So removing hanging skin from the upper lid can reduce droopy lids. Also, removing bags from the lower lid can refresh your eyes.
Dr Szalay removes excess skin or fat from the upper eyelid. He does this by making a small incision in the upper eyelid, which heals with time to leave a thin white line. Dr Szalay removes excess fat from the lower eyelid by a making a small incision inside the eyelid. He also uses fractional laser to safely tighten the lower eyelid skin.

Not only did I wake up during my surgery, I found out it’s because he’s not fully licenced to perform anaesthesiology at a hospital. Twilight sedation for surgery done in a back consulting room is dangerous and expensive to fix.
The worst man I could have gone to. I didn’t even go back to have my stitches out, I went to the nurse at the GP because I am not letting Michael or his horrible nurses touch me again

Terrible result from male liposuction not recommended at all. One side had more removed than the other the he wanted to charge me to fix it. Avoid this Dr.
Secondly the Dr’ response is inaccurate. I had put on 1 kg of muscle which didn’t effect the abdomen area at all one side is still uneven and looks out of place. Again avoid this Dr he can’t even write an honest response to a review.
