Highly professional, very knowledgable team who go above and beyond the usuall medical clinic providers. Dr. Richard Smith has looked after my elderly parents for way more than a decade and goes well beyond the basics of general practice and has become a family friend and reference point.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting a medical service that is still driven by old school ethics and not just business school metrics, yet is fully up to date on practice, responsive and well organised. Many others could learn from this example of health services provision.

Toorak Medical Centre is a hub of incredible doctors and other medical staff, unique in the way they treat, care and look after their patients. The services of the clinic and doctors to the patients are second to none. My doctor, the prominent GP I have met is Doctor Smith. He saved me while I was in the hospital with a severe stroke and cared for me since. Our family is visiting Toorak Medical centre from past 8 years. Dr Smith is the best GP we have seen. He is highly knowledgeable and thorough in analysing the problem. A very professional, friendly and amenable clinic. I have been looking for a new medical clinic after my own GP of 30 years had retired. I found the Toorak Medical Clinic when we had a hand laceration and in need of a GP very quickly. They just squeezed us in whereas other clinics I contacted were most unhelpful. The clinic has a "can do" approach in a very welcoming manner. I felt very at ease with the medical team. I am definitely moving to them as my new GP's.
