Lisa Daly has been working for legal firms for 36 years first as a secretary and then later as a paralegal and conveyancer. Lisa has over 30 years of experience running her own conveyancing matters and is a qualified conveyancer. Lisa commenced working for Simpson Partners Lawyers as a conveyancer/paralegal in 1992 and is the longest standing employee of Simpson Partners Lawyers by many years.
A valid Will determines who should benefit from your estate when you die and who will be responsible for administering it. The person responsible for its administration is called an Executor. A Will can be simple or complex and can also appoint guardians for minor children and provide directions for funeral arrangements.
