Truly exceptional knowledge and customer service from Adrian - I have now worked with him on two residential projects and will no longer work with any other tile/slab company. Delivery of samples, tiles, willingness to assist with suggestions on tiles and overall customer service cannot be faulted. Thankyou Adrian and Surface Gallery 🙌🏼

Just went to showroom was asked did I have an appointment - so many staff but no one interested to help - told to wait - and I waited - I would not recommend this company to my clients disgraceful service - just drove 2 hours to look at display - imagine if I placed my order would I get attention then - how does a company operate like this - if I was owner I would not be happy with whom I am employing

Very disappointed. Surface gallery calculated the quantity of tiles for 3 bathrooms based on correct measurements supplied (architect drawings). There were 37 boxes remaining at the end of the job. Surface gallery refused to take the tiles back and claimed it was my responsibility to double check. Clearly not experts in tiling!! The owner of the company was rude and dismissive when dealing with my objection.

Good range, fair prices and high quality tiles. What makes them 5 star is the top quality service. I was 2 boxes short of wall tiles to complete my job. Although the batch was sold out they managed to go back to previous orders and acquired some more tiles from a large order (which had overs) so I could finish the job. Saved me a huge amount of hassle and heartache by getting tiles from the same batch for the perfect colour match! Thanks.
