Great service, and friendly.
I had some 1m x 1m x 15mm tiles picked up from here, and reconmended to various people setting up home gyms during COVID with postive experiences.
Also would reconmend the rubber tiles as they are nice and grippy, some others seem to be slipery when new due to possibly mould release agents in manufactoring, didn't have an issue with these at all!

Order delivery was impeccable came within a day of ordering, other than that not too impressed. Prior to ordering I rang to clarify that the 30mm martial arts mats were at least 50 degree hardness, which Vince confirmed. I have ordered these mats before from different supplier and expected to receive the same quality, albeit more expensive but the advert states up to 60% off from retail price. This pulled me in.
On receiving the mats I immediately noticed that there were 3 different colour grades so not from the same batch, and then the heights on the edges of the mats gave up to a 4mm ledge if

Vince and his team are fantastic. We bought Vinyl planks and Carpet tiles for our home. The quality is the best I’ve seen. Wonderful customer service and easy to lay. We are DIY’s with no previous experience. Vince explained how to lay the floors, sold us the correct glue and looked after us 100%. The prices are the best in Australia and I’ve shopped around a lot. Definitely at lease half the price of other companies. Quality is second to none. Vince said if we have any questions at all to just call him.

The picture below is two of Carpet Tiles 1 "1m x 1m" 15ml Impact tile purchased in November 2018 and installed by professionals. The tiles are not 1m x 1m they range from 995ml to 1010ml . They are impossible to lay in straight lines or without large gaps. This is despite following the acclimatisation and pre installation instructions which Carpet Tiles 1 mention in their reply. Vince, the owner of Carpet Tiles 1, "cannot see a problem". He will not offer replacement tiles or a refund. When a business burns its customers so clearly and unapologetically it can be a sign they are in financial trouble
