After spending months trying to find the right tiles we walked into Alexandria Tiles, not only did Manny source exactly what we were looking for, but found everything else we needed to complete our project.
They have an extensive selection, they are incredibly knowledgeable and offer great advice.

Had a really positive initial experience, and purchased a stone that we couldn't find anywhere else. They have such a unique range, we were thrilled.
Unfortunately, after sales service is basically nonexistent. I called for support and advice about cleaning products, as we were worried we had damaged the stone. I had to call back a number of times despite being told I would be called, and Manny wouldn't even bother to talk to me directly. Basically got barred - after the third or fourth call was told 'there's nothing we can do' by another staff member and hung up on. Left a bad taste, to say the
