hopeless - - booked and got a date/time - I confirmed. Then no response, no turn up on specified date with someone waiting, no response to call/s emails - NIL. won't bother again

The service these guys provided was exceptional from booking the service call, to the technician diagnosing the issue, the removal guys were on time, and friendly and delivery of the fixed fridge was seamless.
They did a great job and my fridge works perfectly now. Very excellent service and highly recommended.

Shame about the name, being physically located in Lane Cove. However, we had a good experience. Mark the service technician - originally an electrician - was helpful informative and polite. Problem was diagnosed quickly and we were lucky that he had a spare part in the van.

The New owner of this business is unreasonable and unpleasant when the problem with my dishwasher was not diagnosed properly on the service call - in the end I could have bought a new dishwasher for what it cost! This company use to be good and fair it is not any more.
