Had a service call booked in for this morning, no one showed up, rang the customer service centre which took nearly two hours only to be told that some glitch at their end had not advised the technician of the call. Find this incomprehesible as surely a supervisor of the team would be checking to see that all jobs allocated for that day are given to the technicians involved and that they have received them.
They advised that someone would call to advise what they could do, all I have received is a text message saying they are coming out tomorrow which is not convenient. We now have to go through

Worst service experience ever. They came to fix my grandmothers fridge and all it needed was a shelf. The technician didn't even order the part and made my elderly grandma wait 3 months especially during covid. They were not able to stock food in the fridge as the shelf kept falling down. They don't even have the curtsey to offer any kind of remedy to an elderly customer. I will never buy another westinghouse appliance. Not the first bad experience I've had with them😏 good luck people.

Refrigerator (4yrs) job request- Water to fridge not working and new filter required.
First time: : service person fixes a leak however no water to the line when I go to use it and no filter installed.
Complaint to customer service: Told because I booked online the technician would not have seen the filter, told to rebook because the water was not working and a filter can then be fitted.
Second time: Technician rang me and then I was asked several questions whether it was leaking or something else, not aware I needed to solve my own problems, told him to ring my husband. No technician attended

Absolutely appalled by the after sales service by Electrolux Home Products. Installed a Westinghouse 900mm Oven through Ben Trager Homes and the oven has failed within 5 years. According to the oven repair man i hired, the parts are no longer available for him to get hold of to fix the issue. Contacted Electrolux via their website and got a generic email in reply with rates to come and have a look at the oven. I called them and they pretty much told me that because i have no SERVICE history with them that they want nothing to do with it and that it is not their issue. Never installing a Westinghouse

Had a service on our fridge for what the service technician stated was a design fault for that model fridge. He stated it was taken off the market for that. He repaired the problem and told us we still needed to pay $145. He couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen again due to the design fault. We refused to pay. Electrolux are now saying it wasn't a design fault and we must pay. Very unfair. Third appliance problem with this company. A small oven broke down last year. They removed from the kitchen and then told us they don't have any spare parts anymore for that. It was a throw out! Hole left on

We purchased a fridge from Westinghouse although it’s working perfectly we had an issue with the handels we did get in touch with Westinghouse and my retailer spoke to the sales Representative a Mr Ian Shakespeare who put our mind at ease and sent us the replacement part .
I think it shows the dedication of the people at Westinghouse who will go the extra mile to satisfy the customers and resolve any issue.
That’s why I always buy Australian products and Westinghouse’s name has been a part of my household for many years .

I would rate their customer service zero if possible!! Absolutely terrible to deal with. They don't respond to emails and the call centre staff are unhelpful and completely uninterested... And I'm only looking to purchase, imagine if I had really problems with the appliances?! I need to replace a full kitchen of appliances and was going to stick with the existing brand (Westinghouse) but after the hugely disappointing experience so far I've decided to go with another brand. Avoid them.
