I recently purchased an NEC SL1100 telephone system from Tel-Comp Solutions. Rob responded very quickly to my request for a telephone system quote. He also quoted the lowest price for the system. Once I agreed to have him install the system it was scheduled within a few days. Rob arrived on time with an assistant and installed my new telephone system in a professional, timely manner. He then gave me instructions on how to use the features of the new system. I have been using the new phones for a few days now and everything is exactly as he represented and I hoped it would be. I highly recommend

They sold me an office phone system that included installation. They then invoiced me for some additional installation charges without notifying me prior to doing the work. They promised 6 months of support and assistance to add lines and set up voicemails. When contacted to get said support, there was no response whatsoever. I finally contacted another company who showed me all of the things that were done wrong in the set-up. It cost me an additional $500+ just to fix all the problems and finally get it set up correctly.
