Plexus supplied and installed our VOIP system, NBN routers and WIFI boosters across our CBD office, and home office locations, where WIFI shoots through double glazed windows to back garden, up stairs and everywhere. All our technical install and maintenance work done by Sjaan who is fantastic to deal with, does quality detailed work and doesn't leave until its done. So nice to deal with a boutique provider with immediate service.

No more long waiting queues and ticketing delays . From day one dealing with Plexus has been a breeze. Customer service is excellent, staff really listened and understood our requirement. Extremely happy with the service provided by the team at Plexus Communications. Everything from the first contact, the quote process and right through to installation has been so easy and handled professionally. During install, the disruption was minimal and we had phones and internet up and running smoothly within a matter of minutes. We compared service and pricing with bigger telcos and Plexus was far superior in every aspect!
