For nearly two decades, Matt worked around the world as a prominent chef and restaurateur. Much like cooking, he loves the craft of sourcing/roasting and highlighting the characteristics of each lot that combine to make Rumble's coffees so striking. His work as General Manager and Head Roaster for a successful social enterprise not only introduced him to Joe and Stan but also sparked his passion for ethical sourcing practices.
