Very unprofessional and extremely rude, tried to change the agreed amount of money once they arrived. When mum said no we will sell it to someone else and walked away then he was suddenly ok with the agreed price. He also went to hand over the cash and as my mum went to take the money he pulled the cash away and put it in his pocket while laughing. They also damaged the car trying to get it onto the trailer. He was more interested in trying to convince us to let them take the other cars we have.
