Wanted a ICM relay from a Hyundai iload. Was quoted $150 by the owner but will need to be removed from the car. Later that day I was called to pick up the part. Then I was told it's $250. I then said to the owner I was quoted $150, after I said that the owner started verbally abusing me throwing parts around then throwing my $150 I left on the table on the ground. Saying $250 is the price and he denied he never quoted $150. I'm not going to ever deal with this gouging business ever again. And the owner should learn what "Quote" actually means. Before you open a business.

Absolutely lying scumbags. Quoted me $280 for a lefthand front door for my 2008 Hyundai Tucson then when I went to pick it up they told me the cost is $390. The person I was talking to was rude and verbally abusive when I didn't want to pay the $390. Never going back there again. Just bad business to deal with.

Never deal with this business, very dishonest and verbally abusive even when they are in the wrong. The owner will tell you a price then when you go and pick up the part the price is increased by $75 this is the third time this has happened to me. Very dodgy business, STAY AWAY NEVER DEAL WITH this BUISNESS. Never again will I deal with this business and I'm going to tell all my business partners who are all in the automotive trade Never to deal with Forestdale Hyundai Auto.
