The price for a mirror was v good. However, I waited at the counter for without any of the employees (who were sitting right there and had seen me) assisting. We had to ask them to come serve us after 10 minutes, after which it became clear they weren’t even occupied. Then I waited an hour just for them to take a mirror off and sell it to me, something that takes 5 minutes. Good if you’re strapped for cash and your parts are affordable, but such frustrating customer service and wait times that it may not even be worth it.

Worst customer service ever! Shouted at me on the phone for asking how long something would take to check then had me wait 30 minutes at the shop to tell me the rear half of the car had been taken already so the rear seatbelt I needed wasn't available, 30minutes to check the rear half of a car was missing... useless, do not recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has happened to us by them TWICE! Spoke to them via FB after I saw a listing for wrecking as I was needing a part. They told me they had they had this part and that they will hold it for me. Asked for a photo and to make sure its the correct one and they say they didn't have a photo but if its the same vehicle then it will be the same. I asked multiple times is it this brand and they either kept saying yes they have it. my partner drove 40 minutes to get there just to waste his time and fuel. showed him the part and it wasn't the correct one. telling them again

We spend the better part of an hour waiting for someone to remove a glove box after paying far too much for it. Staff seemed disinterested and nonchalant, definitely not passionate about timely service. Certainly won't be returning here or recommending their services to anyone.

Poor customer service and support. Inefficient and ignorant staff.
After making appointment and going to pick up car part, waited 40 minutes to be told that the mechanic was not available to extract the part.
Asked me to pay the (full) cost and return in an hour to pick up part. Discovered the part was incorrect and had to be re-funded. Not even an apology received for wasting my time and resources.
Not recommended.
Thankfully, I found the part at a different wrecker.
