Kelvin was very helpful through-out my home buying experience. He was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. He gave helpful advice to me and the price negotiation stage was very quick. When we had an issue with the building inspection he communicated between the me, the seller and the inspector and the issue was resolved. He was also happy to come to my location for contract signings and the key exchange. I would highly recommend him for either the buy or sell side.
