I'm a business mentor, a lawyer and the founder of Business in Bloom Coaching. I'm also a mum to two young kids. I understand that life can be full of competing priorities and demands, and that starting and running a small business can be exciting and rewarding, but also confusing and challenging. I know because I've done it myself, and I've helped over one hundred small businesses to succeed.
For the past 18 years I've worked as a lawyer for small businesses, larger organisations and individuals. I helped business owners get started, manage staff issues, expand into owning property and sell their interests. After my second child was born, I wanted to be at home for my kids as much as I could, so I decided to start my own law practice in our dining room.

Our coaching services are customisable, because every business is different and at a different stage of growth. We use our Free Discovery Calls to map out a plan for coaching that will work for you and can provide a detailed quotation for you to review. It may be that your business only needs a Strategy Session to get back on track.
