I came to Marsha at a time when it really wasn't in my budget to do so. I own and run a busy boutique travel agency in Brisbane, and was determined to continue during and after COVID. Being a part of Marsha Boyle’s SHIFT mentoring group and having worked one on one doing ACCELERATE tailored business coaching and mentoring has been invaluable to me and my business. it has also kept me focused on my own strengths and weaknesses, it has taught me some very useful planning and time management tools which have dramatically improved my productivity. I've just finished up the three month Accelerate program with Marsha, and signed up for her ongoing VIP program. She has been such a huge help to me in my business - she broke apart the big picture that was overwhelming me and created clear actionable steps that we followed up on every week.

Sometimes in a Growing Business with so many different hats on, the daily task list can be very overwhelming. Marsha has this amazing ability to quieten down all the noise, Settle the mind and help define a clear strategy of the priority of tasks. A true asset to any business wanting an independent sounding board to help keep on the path. I have tried a few mentors and none of them come close to Marsha. I think she is an investment you can't do without.

Marsha is the best of both worlds - brilliant in business and able to deliver "tough love" if/when you want it, but also very sensitive when it comes to personal coaching. She's honestly a real inspiration to me.
