Steve understands that the curse of owning a business is finding experts to help transform your business in the right ways. When it comes to business coaching, there are many out there who are looking to exploit businesses rather than help them flourish. Many business coaches stick to a defined model or process, while Steve understands that not every business fits into one mold.
In 1997, Leach became involved with Brad Sugars and joined Action International (now ActionCOACH) as a founding coach. Action, literally founded the global Business Coaching industry! I remember sitting down with Brad and our small team to debate what we'd call ourselves. Business Mentor was the other option on the short list, but we eventually decided on 'Business COACHES.'
I started down the 'self-employed/business ownership' path so I could have 'control', but like so many, 'control' became my prison. It was education in areas that I hadn't previously appreciated or valued that opened the door to success. I realised the key to running a successful business wasn't delivering a better product, it was learning to 'run business.'
In 6 months working with Steve, I've gone from working over 60 hours per week 'in' my business to under 20. We've also lifted my conversion rate 43% and implemented systems that mean I'm earning more than ever! Steve, I think your writing is brilliant. Thanks so much. Rob and I can write okay, but I almost feel like hiding behind a tree or something, when I look at your copywriting.

Steve is the best in the business. After working with Steve, It becomes quite obvious that he has spent much time on his self development and self mastery. Combine this with his business knowledge and how businesses work it is always a pleasure working with Steve. It is also obvious that one of his kicks or enjoyments in life is seeing others succeed.
