People who stay at Goldfields Motor Inn Gulgong often comment on the beautiful fruit trees in the yard. One lemon tree in particular gives bumper crops. This is not surprising as Colin grew up on an orchard in Dubbo! If you're staying and want to take some lemons home just ask Col - he'll be happy to supply!

My husband and I spent 8 nights at the Goldfields while I attended Clay Gulgong 2016. The rooms were spotless, roomy and well appointed with things like a wide vanity with stacks of room for toiletry bags and plenty of cupboard space. The bed was extremely comfortable which is a priority for us. We were provided with fresh fruit and bread and milk were replenished every day.

The owner Colin was very friendly and helpful. Lovely pet friendly room with full kitchen, fresh bread, butter and condiments. And a stocked fridge with snacks and drinks reasonably priced as well. Lovely clean and quiet pet friendly accomodation. We will be back. :) nice n close to town.

Bit dated, but clean rooms with everything you need. Poor manager trying to do so much, but was very lovely to us. Cant complain.

Great host, lovely big spacious room, very comfortable bed, a light breakfast is a bonus. Pet friendly is so hard to find and soooo quiet and peaceful. Will be back again for sure

It looks older style and it is. But the extras that are included and comfort was great. All at a reasonable price. Definitely stay again even if a bit quirky!

The rooms are huge. Stayed with a 9 week old puppy and two adult dogs. No issues. Needed last minute accommodation with dogs and we were made to feel very welcome
Heat was turned on for us before we arrived. Kitchenette is a kitchen, has everything you need. The bathroom was big, tv good. Price reasonable for what you get. And you have a back patio!!

Very clean and comfortable country inn.. Had a 2 bedroom family room that could sleep 6 and a kitchen equipped with everything you needed, including bread, butter and condiments. $130 per night. Walking distance into Gulgong. Lovely owners.

It's old but clean and fully stocked fridge and comfortable bed. Colin really looks after you and treats you well and nothing is a problem. Well priced as well for the area and only a short drive to all the wineries in the region

We have stayed with Col for a weekend getaway for the past 9 years. Always obliging, spacious rooms, very clean and tidy, great food at affordable prices. Very close to town. We will be back for sure

This was a fantastic experience. Pouring rain and tenting, looking for accommodation this motel was excellent. Manager was helpful, room spacious quiet and very clean. Plenty of hot water and a real shower. Thanks
