Soho Nails

I had always loved coming to this place until today. I had my pedicure shellac done on Sunday the 5th of Dec and only after 1 day, there was a massive bubble on my left toe nail. Worrying about it was infected, I decided to pop the air bubble and there was wet polish underneath, meaning that it wasnt been cured properly.
So I decided to call the shop today 9th of Dec and was hopping that they can fix it with a welcoming attitude since it was NOT my fault. I mentioned if I can came by for a quick fix since Im going away tomorrow. Unfortunately, the lady answered with such cold/ couldnt -care-less

The work was good. However we had booked 5 appointments and they wouldn’t attend to 2 of our party when they were 5 minutes late but were then took other walk in appointments!!

I have had sns done many times previously and the Tech that did my nails did no prep on my nails just went in for sns straight away. Also I booked for a manicure but they didn’t do this service because they said my nails didn’t need it. They did, due to my nails growing quickly. I need my cuticles pushed back to make the nails last longer without them growing out so quickly. My nails didn’t last a week before they started chipping. Very very unhappy with the service. Got these nails done for my friends wedding and they also didn’t have the best experience here with the service on the day

I would not recommend. I hadn't gotten my toes done in awhile so I thought I'd try a new salon. I just got a pedicure with normal polish. The polish lasted awhile and was done well, but as the polish started to chip off I noticed my toenails were damaged. The polish has completely come off and my toe nails are all horribly damaged. It is like they have gotten an infection or someone has come with sand saw and sanded my toenails it is so embarrassing.

The girl at the counter \receptionist is very rude, and has NO sense to interact with customers. For all you know she is the one managing the place.
Very unpleasant to interaction with her everytime ive been there... but this time it crossed all limits.
They have messed up and mixed up appointments twice, and it happened again this week. both the times she never apologised or try and accommodate me. MAde me feel as if it was my mistake that she didn’t note it well on the system.
Not at all acknowledged her own mistake even once instead asked me to wait

Such a great place! Staff is very professional and polite. My daughter and I tried so many salons and we were always disappointed. But, we definitely recommend Soho nails.

Higher end salon. Comfortable and clean! The customer service is always on point! No waiting around! Make an appointment 👌🏻 I have been seeing Lien who does an incredible job every single time! Just gorgeous girls who work there! Always so nice and friendly! Great workmanship ♥️

The staff here are very good at their job and very friendly. I accidentally smudged my pedicure and they were willing to fix it no hesitation. But always busy rarely available for walk ins.

Great service, very professional and hygienic. Make an appointment ahead of time as although they take walk-ins they are usually quite busy.
