Critical: Professionalism
Do not recommend! I bought a Groupon voucher for them and they made it impossible to make a booking. They didn't answer calls or texts. They answered 1 text asking for the code and then never replied again to try to make a time to go in. I had to request a refund from Groupon due to the non existant communication.

I had to wait for one hour even though i made booking before visiting. They didn’t say sorry for making me wait for a long time. Also, the price goes really high when you add design and color. They didn’t explain that each design has different price before visiting. They didn’t have much color so i had to get totally different color that i don’t want to. The art skill is not that good. If i did it, i would’ve done better than worker here. Anyway i won’t go here anymore.

Went here after a groupon deal expecting a regular pedicure (put water inside a tub and soak feet) but it’s literally a place where they do a dry pedicure 😭 really disappointed. The lady that did serve me was not very pleasant to work with, she was trying to be a fast as she could and seemed to rush the job! Not recommended for Pedicures, other services maybe good tho! 😊

BEWARE SCAM
Absolutely disgusting business! I visited Crescent beauty salon on the 16th October and purchased a voucher through Groupon value at $39. The service was okay but the lashes did not stay on for very long and i was there for a total of 2 hours. Little did i know, somehow the business got my card details and started pulling money out of my account without my authority. This began 130 days, 19 tranaction and each was $6.39 which I did not notice until now. I have not visited the Salon since the 16th October. I have informed the police and banks about this scam but there's only so much
