I have used Shelaque Mount Waverley twice now for SNS and have found them to be amazing at their job. Their work is immaculate and their price is fair and everything is very clean. Love their work and will definitely be going back as their customer service is fantastic too.

This nail salon has great service and staff but unfortunately very poor quality nails. I went in to get SMS done with tips and then a week later one of them snapped doing very simple tasks they shouldn’t snap doing, keep in mind it had only been a week later and I have had nails from other salons and they have never broken that soon. So I went back in and they redid them for free which is great then that night 2 other nails snapped again, so that’s 4 all up no. One of the ladies explain to me that it was just because my nails were slightly long so I have to be very very careful but I have had

Have been here a few times, one visit was fine, then one lady cut my hand nails so short my fingers were sore for 2 days, then yesterday had a pedicure & same thing, toe nails very short when I said ‘not so short please’ I was ignored, then I discovered this lady did not speak english.
How can you run a business with service people dont speak english.

I have been getting nails done here for many years and am very happy with their professional service . Nothing is too much trouble and the online booking service is very convenient and easy to use . Anne and her staff are a lovely team and it is a pleasure to visit and be looked after by them . I have tried many nail salons over the years and would highly recommend Shelacque !!
