If it wasn't for the beer garden I probably would have put this pub on the list of 'been once, never again' list, however that large beer garden out the back significantly lifts it rating (as well as the nice old building). In a way there are only two parts to this hotel - the pokies room and the beer garden (though there is an inside bar as well, but why go there when you can sit outside, especially on a nice day). What disappointed me a little was that there was no food on offer, and we were actually looked for some decent pub food, especially since it was getting close to 2:00
